On May 5, 2012, Elizabeth Lynne Pierson, daughter of George and Cindy Pierson of Cinnaminson, received her Master of Science degree with honors in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota. Liz graduated from the environmental studies program at BCIT Medford and received her Bachelor of Science degree in environmental education from Unity College in Maine.

After spending the summer in the Adirondacks directing the wilderness and hiking program at Camp Pokomacready, Liz will be the head of the residential environmental education center at the Lorado Taft Field Campus of Northern Illinois University.
