Retired Detective Sgt. Thomas G. Lillagore Sr. was laid to rest Monday afternoon at Lakeview Cemetery, a week after the longtime Cinnaminson police officer died suddenly while vacationing in Florida.
He was 72.
Lillagore Sr. joined the Cinnaminson Township Police Department in 1969. He was promoted to sergeant in 1974 and detective sergeant in 1994. He left the department in 1998.
His son, Thomas Lillagore Jr., is currently a police officer for the township.

Beautiful photographs Patch. I did not know Officer Lillagore, but I do recognize his face from the picture on his obituary. May he rest in peace and may his family and friends find a way to cope with his death.

Knew Tom for many years. Thought me how to get life 's weight off my shoulders, get out of police work. You can't help but smile then laugh when you think of anything Tom did.. will miss you Tom.
