Edgar A. Lamon Jr., of Cinnaminson, died peacefully Nov. 27. He was 90.
Lamon is survived by his wife of 70 years, Thelma, sons Donn, Guy and Gary and daughter Judy Du Bois, grandchildren Michelle, Stephanie, Kristen, Drew, Guy Jr., Jennifer, Lauren and Dana and 8 great-grandchildren.
Lamon was a lifelong member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Palmyra. He was a former Marine who served in the South Pacific during World War II. Lamon had a long career as a real estate broker and appraiser. He was an avid golfer at Riverton Country Club.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial on Saturday, Dec. 1 from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Bethany Lutheran Church, Broad Street and Highland Ave., Palmyra, with services following at noon.
Family wishes that in lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Bethany Lutheran Church Memorial Fund in memory of Ed Lamon. Arrangements by: Weber Funeral Home, Riverton NJ.

I did not have the pleasure of meeting Mr Lamon in person but over the last twenty two years I have been friends with his son Donn. judging by what I have seen of Donn I have to say Mr Lamon must have been good people to have raised a son like Donn a man I like and respect as well as benefited from his advice on numerous matters .
I here by give my love to the Lamon family and offer my condolences to them all .
