Palmyra Man Wanted by Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office

Jose L. Ortiz failed to appear in court on a burglary warrant.

 

Update, Nov. 13: Jose Ortiz has been apprehended. He is no longer wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.

Jose L. Ortiz, 33, of the 4200 block of Harbour Drive, Palmyra, is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office for failure to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury. Ortiz was scheduled to appear for a pre-arraignment interview on a second-degree burglary warrant. 

Ortiz is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. He has a scar on his right shoulder.  

Anyone who knows Ortiz's whereabouts should not attempt to apprehend him. Instead, contact the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office at 856-384-5643 or Sgt. Barry Johnson of the prosecutor's office at 856-498-5485.
