Around 11:41 p.m., Sept. 27, police here were dispatched to the 600 block of Chapel Road where a vehicle drove through the fence of a home there. The driver left in the damaged vehicle before police arrived on the scene.

An officer located a trail that was left and led to Haines Mill Road and Tenby Chase Drive. The vehicle was on fire.

The driver, Francis J. Diaco, 35, of Whitman Drive in Turnersville, was not injured and was taken into custody.

He was charged with multiple vehicle violations and was released pending court.
