When have you ever spent, say more than $200 at a Wawa, or other store (since they can't sell Beer/Booze in NJ)?.
Some type of red flag should go have gone up or needs to be imposed when you buy $1600 worth of stuff on a credit card at a 7-11 - most of which was most likely gift cards.
I guess the Clerk did not ask for ID?

You're exactly right Dan. When you spend that much money you are always asked to show your ID. I think this was an inside job, not from the 7-11 but I think the guy who claims to have had his card stolen was in on it.

If you leave credit cards in your car you should be held responsible for paying the credit card bills. If people would stop leaving things in their cars, theives would stop breaking into them.

@Richard- you shouldn't be held responsible for leaving your personal belongings in your locked car parked in your driveway in a culdesac in a neighborhood like Cinnaminson Crossing. If this was your card stolen I doubt you'd feel the same way!

The guy whose card was stolen asked Patch to post this article hoping someone would recognize the thief not to be criticized and accused.
