Police: Palmyra Woman Brought Drugs to Court

The woman was found with marijuana.

A Palmyra woman was found with marijuana right before she was set to appear in court, police said.

Catherine Saft, 32, was searched by Palmyra police around 8 a.m., Dec. 14, and found to be in possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, a toxic chemical identified as synthetic marijuana and another controlled dangerous substance.

Saft's charges were placed on a warrant and summons. She was released pending court.

—This information comes directly from Palmyra Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Agreed, but really, bringing your weed to court? That's about as dumb as it gets. I wish I could say I was shocked by this idiocy, but sadly, I am not.

Nobody cares what you and your kid do or don't do, Frank. Any normal person would read what Cinnacide said as obvious hyperbole.

The fact is, about half of the country is in favor of legalization, whether they smoke or not.

Well, I can only assume some rambunctious children hijacked some of our Patch articles to personally attack private citizens. I will tell all the little kiddies now that certain stories are on moderation mode, which means I, as the editor, have to approve comments before they go live. So if you bother with your childish comments, they won't even see the light of day.

And even if you continue writing them—here or anywhere—your accounts will be suspended.

Take your childish banter elsewhere.
