OK, I figured out that the map in the article IS the interactive map. It would have made more sense if the article pointed that out.

Good thing it looks like a lot of the "tips" are 3 years old. Guess no one really looks at that map..

I hate to be negative on these pages as there are enough people on here that do that. But I will say that LeJune road down in the FORGOTTEN part of town is in VERY sad shape and I have personally called on at least a dozen occasions asking when someone is going to put this road on the townships repaving list of roadways. I always received the same answer. "That road does not meet the standard of needing to be repaved". So, if that road was in the current township committee’s neighborhood, it would have been repaved completely for a few pot holes, as has been proven over and over. This town lives by a double standard, and until it is corrected at the top, this town will continue to dwindle away. And to me, that is a damn shame!

@Mark, good luck with getting the double standard fixed....This town is only interested in spending money -- Barone's gas station is gone, what happened to the one on 130 and willow, its supposed to be gone too...maybe the roofing guy did not want the kickback....the schools want new schools, the fire dept needs new trucks so where does it end....Now they are going to think about the property along 130 for 600,000 dollars...who needs it...Oh yea, now we are going to have a reassessment to fix the assessed value of the houses, thats a joke...all they are going to do is get back there LOST money....How about getting the bank owned property worked on, I know of several that are in need of work....oh well - the flooding at the shoppes is still there from the rain run off but they do not care...its a joke to them but not for the people who live thru it....
if u only knew
