Where is the PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) money from Shop Rite and the other Shops at Cinnaminson? How much is it? Why don't they ever talk about it if its such a revenue maker? I'm not talking about the taxes on the land...but the taxes on the improvements.

Yeah I don't get it. All these new businesses but no reduction in taxes for the community. Leadership needs to try to find new sources of revenue.
What about opening up an additional liquor license or two? How are other towns trying to bring in additional revenue?
We should charge a fee for the Hibachi buffet. If we got a dime for each person that walked through the doors, we have millions! The lot is always packed! haha

U have to be kidding me right, U want them to charge taxes on business that operate in cinnaminson....I find it very amusing that the township blames the county for the tax bills being late, but if you read the articles, Burlington County has reduced there rates to the township the last several years but we do not get to see any of that reduction...I have an idea, have the dept of public works give out tickets for more revenue and then do not follow the schedule for pick up...The tax bill was supposedly due on Aug 1 and now its Sept 16 and still no bills, and now we have the next bill coming due on Nov 1....great timing....oh we can always give another person a car for there use....oh well, I have another idea, how about using radar on some of the streets where the speed limit is not controlled....just a thought....

On top of the $600k hole, there is at least one sunken bridge on Devon Road that needs to be paid for ($300) and its cost are just escalating. Then there is the big bucks our tax assessor is going to make on the reassessment (at least $200). Are we over a million yet? Anyone care to guess how much Wayne Drive Bridge will cost? Hey, we have great parks but that money came from the money we pay the county when we our property taxes. Anyone think maybe the county will let us use our money differently next year?
One place to cut corners is to drop a couple of more guys from the township car gravy train. Do we need all the top level administrators?
Anyone know how we find out how much Shoprite and WalMart pay in real estate taxes? Is it at the county or the township level?

The new CFO has absolutely NO background in accounting, would that put a bad taste in anyone's mouth in thinking his position is "Politically Motivatived" like every other decession made by this committee???? I know I could go on and on but why bother.
