The meeting wasn't closed to the public the portion of the meeting that allows the public to speakRead Moreo n a particular subject was closed. It just means those attending the meeting who are not elected officials can no longer comment about a particular subject usually until the end of the meeting when they open it up to the public again.

Good info Mike.........thanks. I understand how that works just was wondering whether thoseRead More"b onus" payments are figured in the budget. btw I don't begrudge the payment to the Chief I was curious as to how 25K can be pulled out of the budget like it grew on trees.
