Train like the Outlaws!  This is the longest, toughest class we've got!  It's a 60-75 minute high intensity, total body workout--a mixture of all our classes rolled into one.  This one is for true workout lovers!  Are you new to workout out?? No worries--you can still come to this class---the class is challenging, but go at your own pace and you will be fine!
