This 12 WEEK program advises proper nutrition, food choices, and encourages exercise. Each person will receive personalized weekly, one-on-one coaching. The cost is a one time fee of $39 for 12 weeks, $25 of each registration is put into the pot to be paid out in cash prizes to the winners. Specific rules will be in place, to keep everyone consistent.

WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE 11 WINNERS CIRCLE:
Kim Wyers, who lost the most inches (21 in.) was awarded $75.
Daniella Bond, who lost 23.5 lbs, was awarded the Gold Medal and $250.
Tony Zoll, who lost 40.5 lbs (91.5 lbs in 2 challenges, winning the Gold in the 1st one), was awarded the Silver Medal and $150
Cassie Bradshaw, who lost 32.5 lbs (43 lbs since joining our club), was awarded the Bronze Medal and $100.
Standings were determined by percent of body weight lost. There were 20 people in the challenge, of whom 15 finished the challenge and lost a total of 310 lbs in 12 weeks

Cortisol is responsible for the accumulation of fat on the body, especially in the mid section. If you consume lots of sugars or get little sleep this may help you as those factors increase the bodies production of cortisol. Thanks.
