Most HDTV flat panel TVs can be repaired within a reasonable cost.  One of the most common questions is, "I have a LCD (or LED) flat panel TV that has a cracked or damaged screen, can it be repaired?"  

Sure, it can, but unless we can locate a used good screen, the cost of a new one and the labor to install usually exceeds the cost of a whole new TV!  The answer is, in reality, NO, it cannot be repaired.
