Burlington County College delivers donations to Burlington County Animal Shelter
Several members of Burlington County College’s (BCC) Student Government Association (SGA) and college administrators including BCC Interim President Dr. David Spang, Vice President of Student Success Dr. Terrence Hardee, and Associate Dean of Student Activities Cathy Briggs, recently dropped off food, blankets, kitty litter, and flea and tick medications, among other items on the Burlington County Animal Shelter's wish list, to help the strays and abandoned pets at the shelter.
BCC’s Office of Student Activities collected more than $1,200 worth of donations during the month-long 9th Annual Animal Shelter Drive.
“This year’s animal shelter drive was a great success and donations exceeded our expectations,” said Interim President Dr. David Spang. “Our students and staff are committed to helping the community and their generosity will support the shelter's efforts by providing much-needed supplies for the animals in the shelter until they can find their forever homes.”
