First Night Haddonfield 2012

Where/When: , 2 Kings Ct, Haddonfield; 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31

Why Go: A family-friendly, alcohol-free celebration of the arts held in downtown Haddonfield each New Year's Eve. This year marks the 14th annual celebration and will feature entertainment including Tommy Cash, The Amazing Kreskin, Searson and Galumpha. Also, the return of KidZone with Doc Swan, The Tuckers Tales Puppet Theater, Story Teller Steve Knoble and more to come are sure to please!

Where/When: Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA; 10 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 1

Why Go: It's the Mummers. 'Nuff said. This year's parade begins at Broad and Washington Streets in Philly. String bands, floats, fancy brigades and more will be featured. The easiest way to reach the parade is to take Patco to the Locust Street stop and walk up to Broad Street.
