The Top 10 Most Valuable Properties in Cinnaminson

Among a $1.5 billion gold mine, here are some of the priciest spots in Cinnaminson.

Collectively, Cinnaminson's ratables have decreased in value over the last several years, including a $20 million dip just from 2012 to 2013. The total value of all the properties in the township now stands at roughly $1.5 billion, according to township administrator Frank Locantore.

But there are still some very valuable spots around town. The following are the top 10 property assessments in the township, as provided by tax assessor Dennis DeKlerk. All of them are commercial properties and the majority are located along or near the Route 130 corridor.

In order of value, which includes the land and the structures, they are:

    1. 2301 Route 130 (shopping center by Walmart) — $26,851,400; owned by National Keystone Properties
    2. Harbor Boulevard, Camelot at Cinnaminson Harbour — $9,986,000; owned by Camelot at Cinnaminson Harbour, LLC
    3. 195 Route 130, The Shoppes at Cinnaminson — $7,015,000; owned by New Plan Cinnaminson Urban Renewal
    4. 1901 Route 130, The Merion — $6,999,600; owned by Prodiga, LLC
    5. 1103 Route 130, Acme shopping center — $6,721,300; owned by Kimco Realty Corp.
    6. 1 AFG Drive, Sea Box — $6,494,100; owned by 1 Sea Box Drive, LLC
    7. 1210 Route 130, Mainline Shopping Center — $6,296,700; owned by Mainline Shopping Center, LLC
    8. 1416 Highland Ave., Riverton Country Club — $5,500,000; owned by Riverton Country Club
    9. 1105 Route 130 — $5,471,900; owned by ASP Realty Inc.
    10. 1001 Taylors Lane, Hoeganaes — $5,200,000; owned by Hoeganaes Corp.
    The combined value of the top 10 highest-assessed properties is $86.5 million.
