Two More Bear Sightings Reported in Burlington County Monday Morning

Bear sightings were reported in Evesham and Mount Laurel Monday morning.

Two more black bear sightings were reported on Monday, with one sighting reported in Evesham at 6:30 a.m. and one in Mount Laurel at 9:20 a.m., the Courier Post reports.

Since last Wednesday, 13 black bear sightings have been reported in Camden and Burlington counties. The first was reported in Winslow, with the others coming in Waterford, Evesham, Medford and Mount Laurel.

It isn't clear if one bear is making its way through southern New Jersey, or if multiple bears have been sighted.

Residents are reminded not to engage or feed the bear, and to secure all trash and bird feeders in a secure area.
