Performances are scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m. The Playhouse is located at 808 Pomona Road in Cinnaminson.

The Burlington County Footlighters conclude the 2013-14 season with a performance of Avenue Q at The Playhouse in Cinnaminson May 2-17.

With a score by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx and a book by Jeff Whitty, all of whom earned Tony Awards for their work, the musical is a satirical but insightful look at a group of friends and neighbors making their way in the big city and seeking their purpose in life, while discovering what things are actually like in the real world. In the spirit of a beloved television show, but this time focusing on more adult issues and relationships, AVENUE Q is a place where puppets are friends, monsters are good and life lessons are learned.

The show contains adult language and subject matter, and is not intended for younger audiences.
