Jersey Diner Launches Website, Opening Day Still Not Set

Owner Louis Roustas says that he hopes to have the diner opened by the end of August.

While the Jersey Diner is still wrapping up its finishing touches in advance of its much anticipated opening, hungry patrons can get a quick preview of what they may expect thanks to the eatery’s new website.

The diner’s website officially launched this week in advance of its opening.

Designed by mayocafe.com, the website has a full breakfast and dinner menu for visitors to browse, as well as information on the diner’s banquet facilities, which are said to hold up to 60 people.

As far as the diner’s actual opening, owner Louis Roustas said that there has still not yet been an official opening date set.

“We’re hoping to open by the end of this month,” he said, “but there are a number of things that could dictate that.”

Roustas, who also owns the Sage Diner in Mt. Laurel, had originally hoped the diner would open in mid-August during an interview in July. However, he also said then that because of unknowns such as construction delays, he wasn’t going to commit on an opening date for the diner just yet.
