Lutheran to Present Final Site Plans Tonight

Residents will get their final say about the proposed project for the former Cinnaminson Home.

In what should be Lutheran Social Ministries' final appearance before the zoning board, officials will present final site plans for the project that would turn the former Cinnaminson Home into affordable senior housing.

Preliminary site plans were approved at the . The group is expected to show updated signage since at the last meeting, zoning board members weren't all in approval of the sign presented.

At the April meeting, several residents' concerns were addressed such as drainage and sewer, lighting and parking.

Once all plans are approved and finances and permits are in place, officials said construction would take about a year.

The project is to transform the former Cinnaminson Home on Riverton Road into 54 units of senior affordable housing, owned and operated by Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey.
