Pepperidge Farm Bakery Outlet Opens Saturday

The outlet store is the newest business to open in Cinnaminson.

The Pepperidge Farm Bakery Outlet store will open in Cinnaminson this Saturday with a ribbon cutting, raffles and an appearance from Finn, the company mascot.

“We’re so excited to open our expanded store here in Cinnaminson,” said Lori Blair, regional manager, in a release.

The outlet store offers products like cookies, breads, crackers, cakes and more. Gift baskets are also available.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday. Some Cinnaminson officials will be on hand.

Pepperidge Farm will hold two kids’ bicycle raffles plus a gift basket raffle for its customers. Finn, the Pepperidge Farm goldfish mascot, will be available for pictures too, Blair said.

The store is located at 2103 Branch Pike, Unit 4, in Cinnaminson. The phone number is 856-829-1161.

Hours are: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

So if it's an outlet... does that mean it'll be cheaper than buying it right across the street at Shop Rite? I don't see the point of this...

I used to go over to the store in Marlton, until they closed. It will be nice to have one here in Cinnaminson, for the Whole Grain breads, Puff Pastry, and of course Goldfish!

@ Ross. You make NO sense at all. A new business comes to town, and while some of their prices will not beat Shop Rites prices, that does not mean it is not an outlet store. What it does mean, is that Shop Rite is giving the same item away at their cost or possibly even at a loss. The larger stores (and even some of the smaller ones) do this to bring people like yourself and the other nay-sayers who insist on being negative regardless of the story into their store with the idea that you will buy other items at the higher prices. It is called good marketing. My step-father was a manager in the grocery store business for 49 years. He used to tell me that they would give soda products away at a loss because they knew that they would more than make up for that loss in other food items. I wish the Pepperidge Farms Store much success!

Mark, your right ,in retail they call it a loss leader.

Great! Right down the street from st Charles! Is there any gluten free selections?

I think Shoprite charges a fair price for Pepperidge Farm products. I certainly find it hard to accept that the grocery store prices that product as a loss leader. On the other hand, Entenmann’s products are priced unreasonably high. Shoprite’s own bakery goods are comparable to Entenmann’s and are fresher and more reasonably priced. But no bakery good is half as good as anything from the L & M bakery in Riverside.

I am so excited for the arrival of this store. Stopped in yesterday and got some great deals and school snacks for the kids. They are able to offer better pricing on PF products. Welcome to CInnaminson!
