Progress Continues on Jersey Diner

Co-owner Louis Roustas said the eatery could be open within the next few weeks.

Jersey Diner—formerly Harvest Diner—continues to take shape on the south side of Route 130 in Cinnaminson.

A new sign has been installed outside the diner and construction crews were working outside the restaurant Tuesday.

A definitive opening date is still unknown, but co-owner Louis Roustas, whose family also owns Sage Diner in Mount Laurel, said it could be a few weeks away.

In the meantime, familiarize yourself with the menu and get a glimpse inside on the diner's new website.

The eatery has been vacant since Harvest Diner closed its doors in January after 19 years in business.

Check back with Cinnaminson Patch for further updates on the Jersey Diner opening as they become available.
