River Line Inn to Host Christmas Present Party Tonight

Product demonstrations, food, wine, music and more will be featured.

There are less than two weeks until Christmas and the owner of Rivertons’ River Line Inn is hoping to ease some holiday shopping woes by hosting a holiday party with local and home-based business owners representing their products.

From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. tonight, the Inn will host product demonstrations, showing off everything from candles, knife sharpening, reflexology, jewelry and more.

“I think it’s a great way to focus on local, home-based businesses,” said Cindi Vee, River Line Inn owner. “It’s about produce and service and this is about getting the word out.”

This is the first year Vee is holding the Christmas present party and if it does well, she has big plans for next year.

This year’s event will feature musical guest Kate Guenther Brown and food and wine.

“I really want to focus on the local,” Vee said. “And anybody can come.”

Vee is part of the Locaprise, a group that supports small and home-based businesses in Cinnaminson, Riverton and Palmyra.

The River Line Inn is located at 204 Broad Street in Riverton.
