What Would You Like to See at the Azalea Farm Property?

The former roadside stand on Route 130 in Cinnaminson has been vacant since the Clinton administration. How would you like to see it redeveloped?

It's been a while since we heard anything regarding the Azalea Farm property on Route 130 (so named because the former occupant ran a roadside stand where he sold azaleas), and even longer since the property was occupied.

The township considered acquiring the property, which has been vacant for 15 years, and even submitted a letter of intent to purchase. However, the township decided against extending it without a “bona fide offer on the table” from a developer, Deputy Mayor Anthony Minniti explained.

Minniti said he’s fielded discussions from developers interested in doing a project in the Highland Avenue Redevelopment Tract, and continues to “work with the stakeholders in the hopes of finalizing a deal.”
