About Joseph Schramm, III, Esquire
Joseph’s practice encompasses all areas of general litigation. His diverse practice background includes experience in insurance coverage, construction and environmental litigation. Joseph has handled copyright infringement and Lanham Act actions, contract disputes, unfair competition, media and First Amendment litigation, shareholder disputes and putative class actions.
Additionally, Joseph has experience representing casino and gaming clients in commercial disputes, including property tax appeals, contested commercial foreclosures, disputes with vendors and regulatory and licensing proceedings before various state gaming control boards.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph was a summer associate in 2007. He has also worked as a teacher’s assistant for Professor Michael A. Livingston’s Federal Income Tax class, and as a research assistant to Dr. Donald J. Hirsh, Assistant Professor of Chemistry at The College of New Jersey.
As an undergraduate, Joseph spent a semester studying chemistry at New College, University of Oxford.
