Am I reading Your Township meeting results correctly
The Township of Cinnaminson lacks Standing on Site plan approval in the industrial zoned areas(this is true in 80 percent of these areas in this country that is why the Industrial Zoning was put forth not only to isolate that activity to not disturb residential, But to leave the hard working Buisness owners Alone with out putting additional Cost on there highly Taxed behinds anyway)it Seems thefirm I hired to investigate this seems To agree with the Whitsell People cinnaminson Twp Has No STANDING to tell any body that owns Property in The Industrial area to Plant ,constuct or verify anything other then there annual Inspection . That being Said Taxpayers in Cinnaminson Be wary of your Taxes shooting Up I have been contacted by someone that is looking into a class action suit on all real estate transactions in this zone that did or did not complete specifically ones that were forced by Big Brother to do something specfic to there property or added more cost to a purchaser or seller. What should I do We love Cinnaminson Twp, we are a strugling small business that has been harmed in the past by this Big Brother Action .
