Spring Into A New You - Weight Loss Challenge

Come join in the fun! This 12-week program advises proper nutrition, food choices, and encourages exercise. Each person will receive a Free wellness evaluation and meal plan. Weekly prizes, group support. Winners are determined by percentage of body weight lost, so anyone can win. Over 4500 lbs and 3000 inches have been lost in our challenges in the past 3 years.
