Vinyasa Yoga with Leigh
NEW! Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Leigh, Sunday mornings, 9:30-10:30 , at Riverton Health & Fitness.
This class is a level 1-2 yoga consisting of basic to
intermediate poses sequenced at a moderate pace. Vinyasa, or Flow, links breath
work with movement to create a flowing meditation in movement with emphasis on
alignment. Modifications are made for beginners and varaition offered for the
more advanced. This 60 minute class is
for beginner to intermediate students.
