You've talked the talk, now "Walk the Walk"! Help the Pompeston Creek Watershed Association celebrate Earth Day! Be a part of the 2nd annual "Walk the Walk" walk-a-thon - a five mile trek from Moorestown to Riverton Memorial Park. By participating in this event, you will not only help to raise funds to support the mission of the PCWA, but raise awareness of the Pompeston Creek and the environmental issues facing all of us every day.
The funds raised by this event will be used to pay for educational programs for schools & community organizations throughout the watershed towns of Moorestown, Cinnaminson, Delran and Riverton; monitoring equipment & lab fees for water quality testing; native plants, supplies and equipment for cleanups and restoration work; storm water management education programs; graduation awards for a senior from each high school in the watershed (CHS, MFS, PHS, DHS, MHS, & HCHS); and so much more!
