Strange question I ask pet parents... Have you ever considered the "Country of Origin" of the ingredients in your pet's food? My main concern is the protein source... you guessed it, chicken! It may be MADE in the USA, but is that chicken imported from another country? Unless you ask, you will never know! But now the new question is, where is the food processed, before it's even purchased!

Two pets, dog or cat, side by side eating a bowl of pet food or a pet treat. They seem happy and content, and you feel happy because you know they love the food. Those two pets go to the vet and both receive check-ups. One has a clean bill of health, yet the other seems to be deteriorating. Why?
The “not so” new problem from abroad has begun to surface. The foreign meats in some of your bags of pet food initially do not seem like a problem to the manufacturer, yet could it be destroying your #pet?
Visit some manufacturers social media pages and read the attacks that have begun. Thousands around the world are watching their furry loved one being destroyed by some of these foods.
Can the answer be one simple explanation?
The new theory is: Pets that are affected by the treats and/or food are #dogs & #cats that are experiencing an allergic reaction to sulfonamide drugs. More specifically, they are hypersensitive to sulfonamites.
This week on Lite929’s “In the Dish”, Pet Nutrition Blogger Rodney Habib and host Jamie Paterson have brought on two special guests who will help give you some answers. This topic is what brought our two hosts Rodney and Jamie together to put Canada’s largest pet podcast together.
Watching their two dogs slowly whither away in front of their eyes from unknowingly feeding their pets foreign meats in the pet food was a large concern for both of them.
