Founding Member of St. Charles Borromeo Dies

Richard G. Strang, of Williamstown, was a longtime Cinnaminson resident.

Longtime Cinnaminson resident Richard G. Strang, a founding member of St. Charles Borromeo, died peacefully at his Williamstown home on Nov. 30 at the age of 86.

Dick was the beloved husband of the late Marie A. “Honey” Strang, and a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.

He was a resident of Cinnaminson from 1961 through 2008, a summer resident of Sea Isle City, and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean conflict.

Relatives and friends are invited to his life celebration visitation at Snover/Givnish Funeral Home (1200 Route 130 North, Cinnaminson) from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, followed by his mass of Christian burial at 10:30 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church at 2500 Branch Pike, Cinnaminson. Entombment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
