Animal control

I'd like to thank a few people here. First, is like to thank the person who let their kitten out (if that is what happened). Second, I want to thank the person who hit that kitten and decided it was not worth stopping (it's called karma). Third, To my neighbors that need to slow down anyway but especially when you see people in the street.  And finally, to Cinnaminson township... For not caring enough to have a better plan for animal control.  In my opinion, 45 minutes is a little long to wait for a response.  Is Willingboro really the closest we can partner with?  I really did not want to watch a kitten die today.   I realize this kitten may not have made it anyway.... However, I was surprised to see how poor of a plan we actually have here in Cinnaminson.
