Hibachi Grill and Buffet is becoming a Bust.

Recently I visited the Hibachi Grill and Buffet in the old Acme shopping center. This wasn't my first time there however sadly it very well could be my last. I never had high hopes anytime I have visited of a Benihana type of "hibachi show" however is it too hard to grill some meat and rice?  In the year they have been opened the normal hibachi chefs have been traded out for back room line cooks or dishwashers.  I had half of someones order on my plate, shrimp included which I am not a fan of. Luckily I am not allergic or a problem could have escalated quickly. Throughout our short stay, I found many dirty plates  at various stations. I did bring the dirty dishes directly to the manager and he seemed very bothered by my intrusion. My simple plate of rice and vegetables had at least a quarter egg worth of shells cracked in it and was very disappointing. I was content to skip to dessert once I found a clean-ish bowl and figured chocolate pudding may be a safe bet. It had chunks of rice mixed in it, which was just too much for me to bear. My boyfriend, feeling brave tried the grill and found a medium length wavy black hair in his linguine style noodles. When I brought that to the manager he assured me it was from a mushroom. There were no mushrooms on the plate. He dumped it in a trash can in the back and quickly ran to my table and yelled at me. He berated me in front of other customers and was shouting about fifteen percent off my bill as if I cared at that point. Honestly he could have stuck the fifteen percent off in his hairy buffet table. I was trying to help him out. Obviously the people he has working for him are slacking. I used to think that place was beautiful and a good deal...Just wanted to let my fellow neighbors know to check your plates and your food because the cooks and management are already too comfortable in our town.
