Police Force

I have a couple questions that I have been pondering over for the past couple weeks. Why does the Cinnaminson Police Force need dodge chargers. From what I know there are no high speed chases in Cinnaminson. The state of the art chargers are very expensive, and they come out of our wallet. The police force could have relied on many other cars to do the same job of cruising up and down riverton road, and remaining idle at wood park for hours. Moreover, whenever I pass the Police Station the dozens of Chargers Cinnaminson has sit around and collect dust. If we pay for these expensive cars they should be on the roads patrolling, not the officers sitting around the station.
