Thank you Willingboro Animal Control

I would like to give a shout out of thanks to the Willingboro Animal Control for helping my mother who lives in Ivywood North last week. My mother discovered that a feral cat had given birth to three kittens under her deck and she was concerned for the kittens as well as her own safety, so she called the Cinnaminson police at their non-emergency number 829-6666 and requested help. They contacted Willingboro Animal Control who handles Cinnaminson’s animal control services. Within an hour their van arrived and a young woman arrived and after consulting with my mom proceeded cautiously to the backyard deck. She very slowly and respectfully picked up each kitten and brought them out and put them in cages in the van. She said that the kittens were a little young to be adopted so they would be sent to foster families until they mature a little more. Mom was very moved by how the young woman cradled and petted each kitten before taking them to the van. The woman also told mom to make arrangements with the township for a cage to catch the mother before the mother goes in heat in a few weeks. Thank you Willingboro Animal Control for your good care.
