Nobody Puts Baby in the Shelter

Looking for a pet? This friendly feline is available for adoption at the Burlington County Animal Shelter.

Baby is a calm, affectionate and friendly 1- to 2-year-old tortoiseshell girl. She loves attention, cuddling, and being pampered. Volunteers note that Baby enjoys companionship, petting, being brushed, and playing with toys—especially balls, which she will hold in her paws while laying on her back, and then return the ball as if she is playing soccer with you. She also loves feathers and the laser-light wand toy.

Baby, who is blind in one eye, was sadly surrendered.

She loves everyone: kids, cats, dogs and adults. She is looking for a special person to give her a loving forever home.

Baby is a member of our Purrfect Perks Program, meaning a generous volunteer has put together a lovely gift bag of kitty goodies that will go home with her when she's adopted.

Please give this kitty a second chance. Visit the shelter at 35 Academy Drive in Westampton and fill out an adoption application today. The shelter is now open every day of the week. When calling the shelter at 609-265-5073 about this cat, please refer to her ID# C-54559.

Note: All cats will be spayed/neutered and tested for feline AIDS and feline leukemia before leaving the shelter.
