James Wade Barclay, the long-time fugitive from Cinnaminson who was captured in Pennsylvania over the weekend, has been extradited to New Jersey and will make his initial appearance in court on Wednesday.

Barclay, 47, was wanted in connection with a series of sexual assaults on a nine-year-old boy from Riverside since 1991. He allegedly assaulted the boy 15 times between the summers of 1988 and 1989, and was one of the State's Most Wanted Fugitives.

Barclay was arrested in 1989 and charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He pleaded guilty, but failed to show for his sentencing in September of 1991.

He was arrested in Boswell, Pennsylvania, on Saturday.
