Officers were informed by Pavlichko's grandmother that he had recently used her car. She gave consent to search the car and officers found a Jensen radio and a Northface jacket in the trunk. Both of those items were reported stolen from a car on Lakeside Drive on April 22.

Pavlichko was charged with attempted burglary to a motor vehicle, obstruction, and receiving stolen property. He was lodged in Burlington County Jail on $20,000 cash bail.
