Cinnaminson Man Collared for Burglary, Other Charges

Ralph J. Cipoletti, 48, faces charges after reportedly trying to break into a home.

A Cinnaminson man who reportedly tried to break into a home was arrested Saturday on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

arrested Ralph J. Cipoletti, 48, of Kern Street, after he attempted to gain entry to a home, according to reports.

Cipoletti first pried out a screen window, then broke a Plexiglas window on a rear door in his attempts, police said.

The only problem: Cipoletti has an active restraining order barring him from the property.

The alleged break-in attempt led to charges of burglary, criminal mischief and violation of a restraining order. Cipoletti was sent to Burlington County Jail with bail set at $27,500.
