Two arrested for shoplifting from grocery store.

Shoplifting Arrest

Cinnaminson police arrested a Burlington City woman who was accused of stealing more than $600 worth of groceries.

Yanira Rivera, 35, of East Federal Street, was detained by loss prevention at ShopRite after she allegedly attempted to steal goods from the store.

Rivera was brought to the station and while being processed, police discovered earrings she had allegedly just stolen from Burlington County Coat Factory, located in the same shopping center as ShopRite.

She also had an outstanding $1,000 warrant from Burlington City. Rivera was processed and remanded to Burlington County Jail on $5,000 bail and the Burlington City warrant.

Shoplifting Arrest

Police here arrested a Cinnaminson man after he was caught stealing a bottle of liquor at a grocery store.

Kevin P. D'Arpino, 18, of the 1400 block of Riverton Road, had been observed by loss prevention at ShopRite allegedly stealing a bottle of Jagermeister. 

D'Arpino was brought to the station, processed and released pending a future court appearance.
