Two arrested for marijuana, one for shoplifting in the past week.

Shoplifting Arrest 

Police here arrested a Camden man for shoplifting at the ShopRite in Cinnaminson.

Nicholas O. DeJesus, 25, of the 800 block of North 5th Street in Camden, after he was observed by the store's loss prevention unit taking two bottles of Hennessey and allegedly attempting to leave the store without paying for them.

The value of the two bottles is over $100.

DeJesus was taken to the station, processed and remanded to Burlington County Jail in defaut of $1,000 bail.

CDS Arrest 

Cinnaminson police arrested two Cinnaminson residents for consumption of marijuana after responding to a call to a Parry Avenue home.

Timonty R. Flanagan, 23, of Monticello Drive, and Jillian J. Wilhelm, 19, of the 1100 block of Parry Avenue, were found by police allegedly to be smoking marijuana on the front porch of a home on the 1100 block of Parry Avenue.

Flanagan was also found to be in possession of a ceramic pipe used to smoke marijuana

Both were brought to the station and charged with consumption of marijuana. Flanagan was additional charged with CDS paraphernalia. Both were released pending a court appearance.
