Andrew D. Thibault was charged with hindering apprehension, false entry on a government document, and two counts of being a fugitive from justice.
He has been wanted for credit card fraud since 1992. He had been living outside the United States under an alias, and returned to the country 18 months ago.
He has been living on the 800 block of Loveland Road in Moorestown.
On Saturday at 10:49 p.m., an officer from the Cinnaminson Police Department stopped Thibault for driving without headlights. When he was stopped, Thibault identified himself as Andew DeBeaulac.
Police conducted field sobriety tests and the suspect was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He failed to provide identification and a match for his identity could not be found.
An investigation conducted with the assistance of the FBI revealed Thibault’s true identity.
He was lodged in Burlington County Jail in default of $25,000 bail and is pending extradition to Colorado and Indiana.
