Cinnaminson Police Seek Suspects in Assault, Armed Robbery at Gas Station

Two men attacked an attendant at Shell gas station and left him tied up in the office. The victim was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Cinnaminson Police are looking for two suspects who attacked a gas station attendant and left him tied up while they made off with an undetermined amount of money, police said Friday morning.

Two suspects approached an attendant at the Shell gas station on Route 130 across from Willow Drive armed with knives Thursday evening and demanded he turn over his money.

After taking his money, the suspects assaulted the attendant and brought him into the office. They continued the assault and ransacked the office looking for more money.

The suspects left the attendant tied up in the office. Responding police officers had to kick in the office door to rescue the attendant, who was being strangled by his restraints.

The attendant was taken to the hospital to be treated for undisclosed, non life threatening injuries.

The suspects are described as black males between 5-foot-10 and 6-foot2. One was wearing a black coat, and the other was wearing a black and white striped coat. Both wore ski masks.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call the Cinnaminson Police at 856-829-6667, extension 2041 or to report information anonymously to the We Tip Hotline at 1-800-78-CRIME.
