Cinnaminson Woman ID'd As Victim in Dump Truck Accident

Police said the truck swerved and tipped over onto an SUV in Cherry Hill Thursday.

Officials say the woman killed Thursday after a sand-loaded dump truck tipped over onto an SUV in Cherry Hill was today identified as Gail Walsh, 57, of Cinnaminson.

The accident happened late Thursday morning on Haddonfield-Berlin Road in Cherry Hill, near Morris Drive.

Police said the dump truck swerved when another vehicle entered its path. According to 6abc.com, the truck swerved and police believe its load shifted.

The truck then rolled over Walsh's SUV that was stopped at the intersection.

The name of the driver has been identified as 40-year-old Ezequiel Rivera. The name of the person driving the vehicle the dump truck swerved to avoid has not been released.
