County: Fourth Man Arrested in 2010 Sexual Assault Case

A Willingboro man was charged with robbery, sexual assault and kidnapping.

A fourth person has been arrested in the Oct. 8, 2010, robbery and sexual assault of a woman during a home invasion in Edgewater Park, said Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi and Edgewater Park Police Chief Robert C. Brian.

Justin H. Brown, 22, of 59 Palfrey Lane in Willingboro, was charged with first degree aggravated sexual assault, first degree robbery and first degree kidnapping.

Brown was taken into custody Tuesday in Trenton on $500,000 bail, no 10 percent option. A first appearance was held today in County Superior Court at 2:15 p.m.

Brown is the fourth person to be arrested in connection with the home invasion. Ishmail Johnson, 19, of Willingboro, was arrested Dec. 10, 2010, and charged with first degree aggravated sexual assault, first degree robbery and first degree kidnapping.

Two others were arrested on Oct. 8, 2010, just hours after the home invasion. Michael Jeh, 20, of Willingboro, was charged with first degree aggravated sexual assault, first degree robbery and first degree kidnapping.

Damian Hampton, 18, of Edgewater Park, was charged with first degree aggravated sexual assault, first degree robbery, second degree burglary and third degree making terroristic threats.

Ishmail and Jeh are at Burlington County Jail on $500,000 bail each, no 10 percent option. Hampton is being held at Juvenile Detention Center in Pemberton Township on $500,000 bail, no 10 percent option.

According to investigation results, the victim's residence was entered between 2:30 and 3:30 a.m., Oct. 8, 2010. At least one of the subjects was armed. Several objects were stolen from the victim's home. The victim's car was stolen and was later recovered.

The investigation was conducted by detectives from the Edgewater Park Township Police Department and the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.
