'Deadbeat' Sweep Snares 2 Cinnaminson Men

Burlington County's sheriff worked with local police departments to bring in 48 people accused of skipping child support payments.

Two township men were among 48 people charged in the Burlington County sheriff’s so-called “deadbeat parents” sweep last week.

When totaled, the people arrested had failed to pay $997,324.27 in court-ordered child support, Burlington County Sheriff Jean E. Stanfield.

“This has been the most successful raid so far,’’ Stanfield said.
