Delran Man Acquitted of Moorestown Rape Charges

Marcelo G. Mota was arrested in Cherry Hill in 2007 and charged with the crimes, which were said to have taken place in 2005, according to the Burlington County Times.

A Burlington County man accused of a series of sexual assaults against women in Moorestown has been found not guilty, the Burlington County Times reports.

Marcelo G. Mota, 35, of Delran, was charged with a series of rapes that allegedly took place in 2005. He was arrested in Cherry Hill in 2007, according to the report.
