Palmyra Cops Offering $1,000 Reward in Vandalism Case

Police believe local juveniles are involved.

Palmyra officials are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for recent damage done to a concession stand at Legion Field.

Professionals who serve the borough have presented the $1,000 reward to be offered.

Over a two-week period at the end of December, three separate acts of vandalism occurred. On two separate occasions, windows were shattered and stand lights were broken.

The final incident occurred on Dec. 22 of last year at 6:22 p.m., when video captured three juveniles using rocks to break the lights mounted by the windows on the concession stand. 

Police have not yet been able to identify the juveniles. In a statement, Palmyra police said they believe the damage was done by local youths.
