Palmyra police were flagged down by a victim of criminal mischief to her vehicle.

The victim told police that between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 7 p.m. Thursday, unknown suspects spray-painted black paint across the quarter panel and trunk of her 2001 Toyota.
Damage is approximately $1,000.
