One Costly Cigarette Break and Too Much Fake Pot

The following arrest information comes from Palmyra Police. It does not indicate a conviction.

March 2

An off-duty Palmyra police officer relayed information regarding a possible drug transaction that occurred in the Sunoco Gas Station parking lot. The transaction involved a black BMW and a male with tattoos on his neck. After the transaction was made, the male reportedly went into the bathroom at the gas station.

A responding Palmyra officer observed the black BMW still parked in the lot. He approached the bathroom area and found the door to be open. Inside was a male fitting the description given by the off duty officer. The responding officer confronted the subject and asked him to step outside. The subject complied and exited the bathroom. Once outside, the officer attempted to place handcuffs on the subject until the matter could be investigated further. The subject pushed away from the officer and fled toward a private fence on the lot.
